A THIEF, TED CASTRO IS
I asked him to put in a 6 foot by 6 foot pad on cement on my front entrance. It costs me $800. He had a tiny little cement mixer. I said he did not mix it enough it was too small a mixer.. That the cement would not be solid. He did not listen to me. He was very rude One month later there were holes in my cement the size of rocks that were flaking off the top.
There was no way to contact Ted Castro to get my money back. He was not listed.
I would not recommend him. I had to get another contractor to dig out his cement and pour new cement.
TOTAL WASTE OF MY $800.00 i never got back from Ted Cacstro.
