I hired him to grade a site. He told me that frozen ground was no big deal and began. after the 2nd day it was very cold and he couldnt start the machine. Then He reported in sick and finally at the end of the week he was tyring to scrape through the ice for a few hours he decided to be finished and he packed up and left. He was paid in full up front.
After my first review he threatened my free speech rights and is having a fit. These reviews are a sacred process that lets customers tell there story no matter how devastating it is to the business owner. The business owner should take better care of his customers and finish the work that was hired to do.
