    Yes he extremely knows what he is talking about. His custom and standard designs of floor laying an refinishing is far above excellent. The Best he is .!. He also is intelligent to bad subfloors, he can fix it all to be ready for installation. Highly recommended BY US ALL.

    Dan was recommended to us in 2000, by a previous happy customer of his. We contracted with him after getting his oral quote, which was less than that of the owner of store front which we had asked to bid again, after we had actually used them in 1999 for the same size downstairs floor in a previous house. Dan did a better job, and listened to our needs, and was patient in enlightening us.
    He did the oak floor for downstairs, and the maple upstairs with equally happy results to us. That first winter, when I was on foreign travel, my wife had to call State Farm to inspect the aftermath of a water pipe burst inside an exterior wall. State Farm didn't insist on using their contractor, my wife called Danny back, and he repaired the 200sqft area for a charge of 850 dollars. State Farm paid it with no questions asked. (Our premium went up silently too. On hindsight, we should have paid for it ourselves.) That was 14 years ago.

    I have had Dan do several floors for me. He does excellent work. I highly recommend him.
