    he built my condo

    Daryl Hardy built my home in Norton commons and did not insulate it. Have lodged complaints to him but he has basically told me its my problem. He built my condo 4-5yrs ago. I bought 2 yrs ago and have talked to him numerous numerous times about this issue. The girl who bought the unit upstairs had to vacate her condo her first winter here because it was registering below freezing in her unit. My ceiling has no insulation. So far its cost me $6000.Have contacted the attorney general.Mr. Hardy shame on you.
