3 montgs from the start of the installation and was told its complete. 2 weeks later the unit failed. He came to fix it within a week. 3 days later it failed again. We got a second company to come check everything and they determined that it was improperly installed. They instructed us to have the unit repaired by hardy and then shut the power off to the unit due to electrical fire hazards. The new company returned to fix everything but it cost another 4000.00 to repair everything. All of my new vents are crooked from original install. Fingerprints and dust everywhere and no attempt to clean it up. Overall i would not recommend using this company for any big jobs. Small repairs are really all this 1 man crew can handle.

I did not place this review immediately as I wanted to be sure of what I wanted to experience with the new furnace. The outside temperature is cool enough this week to test it. I must get use to the sounds, but the heat is okay for now. Mr. Richardson explained everything to me and made sure that he told me about the warranty and his return is needed. The cost was good as I did not have this on my radar budget. I feel comfortable with the outcome knowing that I can call upon him if anything arises.
