    Worst experience ever. I purchased a home built by them and I have had nothing but problems. I should have known there would be issues from the beginning when he did even want to have a forms walk thru. He put up faulty cabinets that lowes replaced for me after builder denying they were damaged. My floors were installed with gaps and spaces where they do not butt up the the cabinets, I had over 300 nail pops. All of my crown molding has cracked, my ceiling is bubbling, all of my granite countertops have separated from the walls, my grout in my tile has all cracked and broke away...leavingn me to have no use for my tub, afraid water will leak down and begging to get moldy, there was paint left on my new carpets, my yard was left was not grated the list goes on. Please do not use this builder.

    Harford Custom Homes, LLC would like to respond to this customer review. We have been in the business of new home construction since 2004. We take pride in our work and do everything possible to make sure our customers are happy with their new homes. We returned to this customers home multiple times to address her issues. She had a third party inspector come in to look at her issues and he stated many of these were minor settling issues which are common with new homes. No structural or mechanical issues were found. We have since taken care of the issues including replacing some cabinet doors with minor flaws, replacing some caulk around countertops and fixing nailpops which included painting and cleaning. We even regraded and reseeded her yard after she had a fence installed by another contractor. As stated previously, we want to make sure our customers are happy and we do everything we can to make this happen.
