A homeowner's nightmare. Never finished the job...made several promises-never kept them. Constantly delaying, postponing and never delivering anything on the agreed upon time frame. Truly unfortunate because the quality work is there-you just can't depend on him to do his job. I would be very reluctant to refer him to anyone I wanted to keep as a friend.
