DO NOT WORK WITH THIS MAN! I reached out to simply get a quote for our bathroom. He quoted me 4x the amount two others had quoted. I was transparent and told him the two other quotes we’d received. He basically told me I was lying and that my messages would be his next TikTok video. So unbelievably rude and unprofessional.

Wow. I got this guy's phone number off the Internet. He says he does roofing, construction, flooring, etc. I am in the inspection period of buying a home and have already put a large down payment on the home. I have been calling trusted roofing experts to give me estimates on re-roofing the home, as the owners have agreed to use a company of my choice. I called up "Sorrell Roofing" or Sorrell Construction LLC and have never been so blown away in my life. Rick, the owner, yelled at me, told me that I was wasting his time, and to go waste someone else's time. I hung up, because why would I want to be treated so horribly and be yelled at by someone that would be making $8,000+ off of me??? Don't use Sorrell Construction, you can find much better customer service elsewhere!
