This 'contractor' did a terrible job installing a cement step at my parents house. I was planning on replacing the step myself this spring/summer. Now not only did my parents pay for this man to remove and install an awful step, I still have to remove and install a new step as I planned. I don't know if this man doesn't know what he is doing or if he just does not care. The 30 year old step he removed was way better than what he left us with. First the entire step was a huge puddle pooled against the foundation. After complaining he did a terrible job patching it, it has already begun to crack. I would not let this man hang a picture at my house. I would have rated zero stars if I could. Do not let this man take advantage of you or your parents. What a shame.

Hired Harmon to do several things around the house. Not one thing he did is finished correctly. He replaced a window, all of our windows have a brown frame, the one he put in is white. Furthermore rather than take the time to properly finish the drywall inside around the window like it was before, he simply glued a couple pieces of wood OVER the drywall. He did not even bother to center the window between the two cabinets: Every single task he did looks worse than what he replaced. I simply cannot believe how bad of a job he did on everything he touched. How can you charge people for such terrible craftsmanship and live with yourself?
