Very disappointed with Bert (sales department) and some of their workers. Recently a tree fell on my house, breaking my brand new A/C unit and ductwork. They came and replaces it no problem, but one of the workers broke the air diffuser (ceiling vents) because he had no idea how to open the vent and forced it open.
Bert is now refusing to purchase the replacement diffuser that his men broke.
I will be getting all of my yearly A/C service done by other businesses from now on.
