I met with Joel in May of 2013 after he was recommended to me by a friend. After a couple of weeks he finally got back to me to let me know a quote on my remodel/addition would be forthcoming. Two months went by and nothing so I called him a left a message...no response. I then emailed him on a couple of occassion and no response. The worst part was that he took one of my doors with him to try to match it for our remodel and has not returned my property. It is now 5 months later and according to many in the area he has disappeared. BEWARE...
