A criminal. Takes your money and runs. Makes up numerous reasons to never start the job and then does not complete it. Stole $1900 and never answered calls. Even his wife was tracked down by our lawyer and said she didn't know his whereabouts. She noted "You are looking for him like everyone else.

If this is the same Harold L. Bishop that I had a written contract with in Greer, SC to redo my roof & rebuild my chimney that was destroyed by Hurricane Helene, he was paid $7200.00 dollars worked one day & left my roof exposed to the weather, removed a portion of my shingles & replaced a few & never has returned nor has responded to the texts I have sent. He has GHOSTED ME & I now have areas in my roof that are leaking due to no shingles & water leaking between my walls where electrical wire is placed. He has also ghosted my neighbor who is 88 years old, she can’t even live in her home now until it is repaired. She also paid a large amount of money. His business card has a large deer on the right side & it’s got. H.B Construction
