    Fix gas fireplace electrical switch
    $100

    I waited for almost 2 weeks for the privilege of a phone call back to finally set up an appointment to come and fix our gas fireplace-we set the appointment for 7am on a Wednesday, we got up moved everything out of the way waiting for them to come - no one ever came and when I called they had no idea where the guy who was supposed to be here was.
    I call this terrible customer service!!
    No stars!
    They made me pick a star but no stars on this one!
