Horrible experience. Harold cashed my check for $2633 almost a month ago and did not do the roof job. I keep getting lies and run around from him and his sales manager Michael. I was promised a new roof to be completed within 2 weeks. I asked for my money back, nothing returned. Now I will involve authorities. How is this not theft?
