Harold, Kevin, Shannon and the entire crew did a fantastic job on a large garage they constructed for us. Showed up every day with a crew that knew what they were doing and ready to work. The work that was subbed out was all done by talented and diligent folks as well. Will definitely use them again for any work that I need to have done and would recommend them to anyone looking for honest, quality work, completed in a very prompt manor!

Permits

We found our home to have structural issues and called to see if Mr. Knight would be willing to take a look and fix the structural issue at hand. When contacting him - his son in law said there was nothing they would do even though they built our house we were informed that it was more than 10 years and they would not be inclined to take a look or fix the issue. Since this builder built our house I would have thought their integrity as a notable builder they would have at least taken a look at it and fixed the structural issue, especially since they evidently didn’t follow the Oconee housing codes. Be wary of this builder.
