The worst experience that I have ever had with a contractor missed appointments broke my stairs told me it wasn’t his fault his workers use Sanders on my stairs with no bags destroyed my family room with sawdust nevertheless the floors came out pretty well but way too much drama with this guy he does not know how to talk to customers no class whatsoever I would not recommend him to my worst enemy he should really go get a job at Lowe’s or something

I think Harold Quimbly was terrific. I had five estimates, he was the Most reasonable, and although I was a little skeptical because his estimate was not as professional as the other four coincidentally I found out that he had done the refinishing for my sons home and did a superior job. So obviously I hired him. He Finished In a day and a half sooner than anyone else had said it would take and He put everything back the way it was before he started. my floors look beautiful and He is a really nice guy.

We hired Harold to refinish wood floors that had been carpeted for the 40 years. The old floor was stained from water and pets. After his refinishing they look fantastic. His pricing was excellent and his work was efficient and reliable. We are very happy to have hired him and would recommend his service.

Harold Quimby did not show up for my appointment which had been scheduled several months ahead of time. He called 8 hours after he was supposed to start refinishing my floors and said he wanted to reschedule for two days later. He was aware that my family and pet had already moved out to a hotel so he could complete the project. Without letting me know, he took a higher paying job. When he finally called me, I fired him.
