    Bathroom and fix frozen pipes
    $10,240

    Charged me 4x what the going rate for unlicensed “plumbers” to do work at my home. I paid Harold for materials and part of the following week they took all the materials I paid for, Harold blocked my number when I asked for receipts for materials and questioned how his guys worked 46 hours each at my home when they were only present 3-4 hours each day.
    I paid over $10000.00 to Harold and my job was not done.
    Don’t hire him!!!
