Harper Enterprises Inc Employees
We had a terrible experience with Harper Enterprises and would not recommend him and is employee Zack Rohde to anyone. They installed vinyl laminate flooring in our home and in less than a year it started cracking and sinking. They failed to level our floor before the installation. When we called them to come out and look at it they tried to blame it on the laminate. We had the flooring rep come and inspect it and it said it was the poor installation and not the laminate flooring. We also had 4 other flooring companies come out to give estimates to repair it and they said the same thing. When we asked Wayne Harper what he was going to do about it he said nothing, it's your problem. We ended up having to have the whole floor replaced and paid double! We asked him if he would at least refund what he charged for his labor and he refused. Please don't use him, he;s not honest and has no integrity.
