Harring Construction failed to provide proper grading and adequate drainage of my lot into the county easement and storm drain on my property. We now have standing water in the swales Harring created that have become breeding ground for mosquitoes. In addition, when Harring graded our neighboring lot, they created an additional swale along the other side of my property that also does not adequately drain after promising me they would not create any additional runoff onto my property. We now have groundwater penetration of our foundation and pools of water and saturated insulation in our conditioned crawl space from the runoff Harring Construction directed toward my foundation. All attempts to get Harring to address the issue have failed as they have refused to accept accountability for the damage and condition they created.
