    Dog park

    Should retire. Put in a dog park for our sub. Poor location choice. It is near a water basin in the lowest area where water from sub drains to. It will be muddy all the time. Would drive by daily sometimes multiple times and sit by park watching my home. Took pictures of construction going on at my home. When I told him he needs to stop his stalking behavior it made me uncomfortable he told me he could do whatever he wanted on city street. If this is the biggest project you’ve got going on it’s time to retire.
