We had a small wiring job done at our home. They sent 2 employees who arrived after 10:30 a.m. and left well before noon. We were charged for 2 1/2 hours when they were not there that long. We were told the rate was $100.00 an hour and that covered 2 employees. Having a hard time trying to figure out how they came up with 2 1/2 hours??????
