Communicated back and forth about the job on Saturday and decided on an appointment for that following Wednesday at 930am . At 934 I reached out to them to see if they were still coming. 20 minutes later (9:55)they responded
“We are still on for today running behind right now because some of our techs didn’t show up to work today but I will give you a ETA as soon as I’m done with this meeting”
I get it - sometimes these things happen. After about 45 min of radio silence I AGAIN reach out them and ask for an update and ask if they need to reschedule.
They respond
“Can do it tomorrow or later this afternoon if you’re busy”
I ask when they will be here if today. They give me a window of 1230-130. I ask if that is a for sure locked in time.
“This is the timeframe we’re gonna lock you into right now and you’re in surprise so you’re about 40 minutes away from us so we’re getting a check out there too”
I tell them if they can be here by 1230 let’s still do my project.
Response “Ok and if not will you reschedule”. I tell them I’d rather get it done today.
Response “understood”.
1225 rolls along and again I reach out to them and ask if they’re close. Silence again. At 1236 I tell them to cancel and not bother coming.
Their professional, customer first response?
“Cool”
I have never run across such an unprofessional company and would highly recommend you look elsewhere for services unless you like being jerked around and have a 12 hour window for them - MAYBE they’ll show, let alone actually contact you to let you know they’re running behind.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
