Harrison and Harrison floor was hired to take out my tile flooring. They did a lot of damage to my home. The owner Leon Harrison offered to have his workers come back and fix the many items that were damaged. I did not want them back in my home as I lacked confidence in their abilities. Also, I caught one of the employees rummaging through my pantry and eating my food. I settled with the owner. After doing so I found more damage, over $1,000 further damage. I phoned and left a message for the owner. I took pictures and text them to him. I received no response. I sent him a certified letter explaining that there were 24 items that needed to be addressed and he and I only spoke about a fraction of them. The certified letter was received and still no response.
Harrison and Harrison came highly recommended. I regret having ever hiring them.
Their employees lack training and common sense. They do not follow OSHA standards. In fact they cut themselves & left blood stains on my wall. They lack respect for other peoples property. They did not clean up after themselves. The employees, along with the owner, lack integrity, When they broke or damaged something they hid it from me.
DO NOT HIRE Harrison and Harrison. If you are getting tile work done from a Tucson tile company PLEASE make sure you ask them if they use Harrison and Harrison. If so TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
Took baseboards off where they should not have & left where should have been removed
Chipped desk, dishwasher & range
Damaged beyond repair closet doors
Broke tiles that should not have been removed
Put a hole in the wall
Made pothole size holes in the concrete
Dented patio door frame
the list goes on 24 items in all.

I was in the flooring business for 40+ years. I found Leon and his crew to be hard working, honest and professional. Their carpet work is second to none. When we first moved to Tucson and I made inquiries about who was the best flooring installer in the area. Leon's name was virtually the only one mentioned.
