This company was horrible to deal with. The job was never completed mainly because the sales person "Mack," claimed that I only wanted 3 windows repaired, when I stated that I wanted all of the windows with moisture in them repaired. When the people came to measure, I confirmed my request with them and when they returned and realized that they missed a few windows and would have to measure and return, I had no issues with that. They did what they said, but missed yet another window. When I contacted Mack, he claimed that I told him not to replace more than 3 windows, he spoke over me and refused to acknowledge his error. When I spoke with his supervisor "Bill," he said that the order says replace 3 windows, so that's all he knows and didn't as much as apologize. It was a terrible experience and ended up costing me much more than their original estimate because they had so many mistakes and errors....which they never apologized for or even acknowledged. Arkansas Glass came out and fixed Harry G. Barr's mistakes and did a great job! Don't use this company!!! Their service is even worse than their work!
