Harry replaced a chain link fence with a 6 feet tall wooden fence last year. He also replaced my wooden deck and built a screened in porch. They are both very poor quality work as well as materials. I have had to attach boards falling off of the fence, have leaks in the roof repaired, and reinforce the gate that was built with scrap wood since it was/is falling apart. The screened door into the porch is falling apart, probably because he did not use concrete footers in the support posts. The ceiling of the porch is bowed and obviously cheap materials, very poorly installed. I could go on and on, but I think you get a picture.
