I represented a buyer in a renovation project 4615 temple heights rd tampa, fl
Jason livingston took the initial payment and forged permits that he never actually pulled. He sent one day laborer to the site to begin demo. Requested a second installment. Per his own words had personal problems so he quit and walked off site. My buyer is out $26,000 and left with a home trashed in the midst of demo with no permits on the property. We also were not the only ones.
