The electrical and ventalation systems installed in the home purchased from Hart Realty built by Hart & Associates Builders is shotty and dangerous. The exhaust vent set-up off the dryer is so steep with a 90° bend directly off the connection has ruined 2 dryers. Many electrical sockets have blown and bo longer function or spark when used. He and his family make up the governing body of the Harris Village HOA which is a complete conflict of interest. The residents of Harris Village are not alerted to meetings or voting proceedings remaing without voices and engagement. If I knew then what I know now we would have moved on without purchase.
