Hart Custom Homes specifically Keynan Dutton is a crook. We had a contract to complete 3 individual town homes at a cost of $590k he received $560K and didn’t complete one unit by code with the COH. He used shotty contractors and below subgrade materials. He had no sufficient crews to work this project. Do not use him as he commingled my project funds and used it on other projects and he is currently being served a lawsuit.

I had the same experience on 3 townhomes I built in 2018. He did not finish the built, commingled project funds to use on other projects and doubled the agreed upon builders fee. He put liens on my houses & almost bankrupted me. He should be in jail! I went to arbitrage with him and was lucky to never to have to deal, see or hear from him again since.
