If I could give negative stars I would. I was dealing with Tim, the President of this company. Have a pool heater where the electric in the heater itself was messed up. Got Tim's # as the service guy. After numerous texts back and forth and repeating myself, I finally informed him I would be going back to the place I purchased the heater to get a new service tech. Suddenly, he became more available and is now leaving harassing texts and voicemails on my phone. Unacceptable

Our experience was ditto the review from Abe, June 26,2019. First call was in October, then in April with multiple questions over and over repeating most of what was initially asked. Wanted the pool up and running, then wouldn't commit to a date, then more questions, then wanted $375 before the diagnosis or trip to the house. Found another tech and in 2 days heater working for under $100 !!! Do not recommend .
