This was an insurance claim. They stated that they have done insurance claims before. I did not authorize any up grades but they put on a thirty year roofing and we had a twenty year. I had ask for the same as I had, knowing insurance companies pay for like,quality, kind, I ended up paying for the difference out of my pocket. Then there was the clean up that was said they would do. This is a problem there were cigarette butts left all over the place and we don't smoke, well over a 100 roofing nails left in the driveway in front of my garage doors. Loose shingles left on roof as well as one full square and a half full one, coils of nails left in flower beds. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
