Beware of this man. Seemingly friendly, he is prone to taking advantage and not keeping his word. He verbally hired a friend of mine to perform a specific task for 5 days, but after the first day it was evident there were circumstances Mr. Waller hadn't accounted for, absolutely no fault of my friend. Mr. Waller sent my friend home and reneged on paying my friend for the additional 4 days, even though my friend had turned down working for others during this entire 5 day period, relying on the money Mr. Waller said would be forthcoming. My friend now has no mortgage money to pay on his home, having turned down income moneys from other offers. Now Mr. Waller does not answer his telephone when my friend calls.
