    I too was assigned Haskins by my home warranty for ac replacement. Worst company to work with. Pad is steady and braced with non treated wood at ground level…every comment above is spot on!

    Install a new 5 ton system
    $6,000

    Has a new 5 ton heat pump system including an air handler installed in February 2023 and by November 2023 it was not working. I chose the manufacturer warranty however, Haskins refused to come back and take care of the issue, even though the manufacturer would pay them for their services. I can no longer recommend this company!

    Got a lazy worker on a hot day. Very hard nosed. He led my warranty company to not be able to help me out at all after seeing one small thing that wasn’t a factor to the faultiness of our unit.

    I was assigned Haskins by my home warranty. The owner/technician was rude from the get go. He arrived promptly only to say he could not work on our AC because it was ‘froze up’. It absolutely was not. We have 2 units so I asked him to go ahead and repair second one and he said he was unable to reach inside unit. It was a waste of time and money, took off work for him to repair our AC. Very poor customer service skills, rude, and down right lazy in my opinion.
