Randy Hass, the owner, is committed to the customer's satisfaction, but hires his employees as contract labor. Overall, I was happiest with the result when I involved Randy personally with the effort. He has vast experience in all aspects of roofing (scope of my job) and is easy to work with. I'd strongly consider hiring him again.

Initially, I was impressed with Randy's eagerness and availability to help me
with my roofing repairs. He seemed honest and sincere in the work that he
does. The high rating on Buildzoom got my attention, even though I could find
no reviews anywhere on Hass & sons Services. I was ready to hire Hass & Sons,
after reviewing Randy's proposal. Thankfully, I called to verify the liability policy that Randy provided and they told me that the policy had been canceled last June. Randy had told me it was current and that it covered any injuries to workers on the job. He lied to me about both the policy and the coverage. A general liability policy only covers damages to the homeowners
and not to the workers. I have caught many contractors in this lie, only workman's comp cover injuries to the worker. If a contractors lies to me, I cannot trust that the work to be done, will be done right. Trust is everything, when hiring anyone for a job.
