Clint not only installed a unit that is too small to keep my family's trailer cool, but when we realized we were having issues, he stopped answering us entirely. As a mother of a toddler who is melting in a 82 degree trailer, this is unacceptable. I've been very patient and understanding that they are busy, but he hasn't said a word to me for almost a month.
