Came home from vacation to find the house at 87 degrees. This company was dispatched by my home warranty company and they had us cooled off again in no time.

These guys were AWSOME and very knowledgable! Installed my new HVAC system in a couple of hours and made me feel confident that I chose a great company to do the job! These guys CARE and very personal people!! Great beyond words CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 20 STAR rating!!!!!!!!!! I will definately use them for yearly maintenance! Thanks for the BEST service and great pricing HAUGHSTAD FAMILY!!!!!!!!!

This was the most unprofessional low quality underperforming company I have ever dealt with. I should have known from initial ignorance of the administrative that I should have chosen another company. Not to mention the technicians didn’t appear to know anything about what they were supposed to be doing. WARNING ….. if your home warranty company tries to set you up with this company do yourself a favor and decline them immediately and go with somebody, ANBODY else. Thank goodness I was able to stop payment on my check and kick them out. If I could give zero stars I would!!!

None of those reviews are real. This is the laziest crappiest most unhelpful company i have ever worked with. Showed up, the app says they spent 3m on the location, no one knocked, called, or attempted to contact me, and they left. Blamed it on no one being home... Ive been home waiting for them all morning. Dont bother with this company. Save your money, your time and frustration and hire someone else.

Stay away. Send twice by the home warranty company, coincidently both time same guy visit and instead of repair they tied to hype the issue and tried to sell expensive service. home warranty company sent another one and they found minor issue that was fixed immediately.

They did excellent work regarding my problem, phone rep susan is excellent! Techs also happy to work on new years Eve! Great Company****** I love it & them*****?

Called them on a Sunday about my heater not running on 11/22/20 sent tech on Monday morning cleaned out heater and changed out filter was a great price

Last November (2019) my furnace in the home i had purchased 3 years before went. It was an oil furnace and had an oil hot water heater also though i also have natural gas in the house. My home warranty company set me up with these guys and they were great! There were 3 visits to try and fix the issue though i only had to pay the fee once. They finally figured out the issue but parts are obsolete/hard to find. I was able to get a new natural gas system, gas hot water heater, and upgraded my AC. They removed the oil tank in my basement after getting the oil out and even redid a vent line due to prior structure changes to the house to make more sense. I chit chatted with them quite a bit and feel i received a fair and competitive price overall for what i had done. I'd use these guys again. Plus i'm in Southampton NJ so they had a small hike to come out to me. Always nice and made sure to put as much protection on my floors when moving equipment as they could. Also, they office made sure i completed all my warranty paperwork so i'd be covered if any issues.

Henry was sent by choice home warranty he came very pleasant man diagnosed now he told me to wait 48 hrs for choice to approve so we will see how he does when he comes back. Ill report later

They are HORRIBLE!!!! Do NOT use! They were sent by our home warranty company to service our old unit and we then decided to use them to put a new AC unit in since we just had a newborn and didn’t want to risk not having air conditioning. They installed mid-June and it’s broken SIX times!!! Every time it’s a different excuse. As I type this l, we’ve been without air conditioning for a week, my house is 85 degrees and they have NOT returned any phone calls today. Buyer Beware. This is a nightmare.

After I stopped the back and forth with Home choice warranty for 3 weeks, Haugstad H&C was out in one day and installed a new heater and air conditioner. The guys, Corey, Rocco and Emal (Sorry if I mispelled) were knowledgeable, fast, great personalities and removed and installed entire unit in under 4 hours. Office staf was also great. WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Corey evaluated and fixed the issue with my A/C unit. After adding freon he checked all the vents to insure cold air was coming through. GREAT SERVICE!!!

This company helped to deal with a warranty on a 2-1/2 year old heat pump. They were cooperative, prompt, friendly, and above all KNOWLEDGEABLE on the heating unit. Would we recommend this company for service and maintenance? You bet your life we would. Shout out to Rocco who gave us heat again and the friendly office staff.

Terrible contractor. Sent by Choice Home Warrant. The technician came out and didn't perform a diagnostic. Reprimanded me stating I didn't know how to operate my downstairs thermostat and spent more time in his truck outside waiting for the heater to reach the optimum temperature. Took a few pictures of the Boiler, felt the Boiler pipes and water tank and stated, "It SEEMS like its working." Concluded there's no mechanical failure. I could have made that assessment. No one understands what being proactive means. I wanted to know if there were any issues with the Boiler, so it doesn't fail in below zero weather during the coldest days of the winter. if that happens then, no contractor will be immediately available, then my pipes will freex\ze and burst. All I got from Choice Home Warranty was this is Maintenance. What maintenance? I'm not asking for maintenance, I asked for an assessment through a diagnostic. I recommend staying away from this company and Choice Home Warranty. I'll be making complaints with each company's Better Business Bureau and each company's State Attorney General's Office. This terrible service has got to stop and Customers have to stop companies from taking advantage of them!!!

Haugstad HVAC were timely, efficient, caring and clean. Our water heater was on 2nd floor of carpeted home, and they replaced it with minimal clean up. With a storm arriving, they rescheduled quickly to install on Saturday. Easy people to work with, and affordable. We’d use them again.

Haugstad Heating & Cooling was able to install a new heating system in a few hours. They were friendly, their work was efficient and clean and the whole job was a fair price. I highly recommend this company!

This company has good turn around he was scheduled to come out on Monday but instead came out on Sunday. The technician was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable of his work. Would recommend this company to others.
