Very poor experience. Haus Construction, owner David Holthaus never produced a building permit. Doesn't have a plumber or electrician. These thing I had to do as the home owner. No estimate for complete job always a construction agreement which allowed him to over charge hourly rate and actual hours worked. I brought this to his attention and David just smiled at me and said, "I can charge what I want too!"
Had no clue how to install a corner shower kit. That took him all day and two days to get the shower base level and dry.
Also David thought his work didn't need approval from the building inspector. OMG.
