I see the reviews on their web site, but ours was a nightmare experience. After putting money down and signing a contract that had a financing contingency clause in it, he contacted us the very next day to say that the project needed another 12K. This put us over what we could qualify for, for a loan. You'd think the financing contingency in the contract would mean we'd get our deposit back, right? The president of this company claimed that we needed to go to a friend's bank to wiggle the numbers around, in order to qualify for more financing- that any other bank would turn down- before he'd honor that financing clause. Beware! If you do go with this company, get any allowance amount in writing, with specifics.
