He may be nice, BUT .... He missed key things on our inspection for our home. Said he couldn't get into the attic, which ended up being a key issue in our home. Said roof was fine; however, after second inspection (due to it leaking months after buying), they don't even make the type of roofing our house has, and have not for years. Turns out roof was 20 years old. Also come to find out our porch wasn't even to code. Co-worker was just telling me a similar story about her inspection, how he wouldn't let them go with him, he couldn't get access to things, same inspector. They got a different inspection, come to find out Brad also missed key structural issues AND the roof also needed replaced. If you want to be out 10's of thousands of dollars... use him.

Do I have to give one star? I would not recommend this guy for any inspections. The few folks that gave a good review are either paid to do them or they just got lucky. He missed several key things in our home inspection and was terrible to work with. Very poor home inspector, if you can call him that?!

Mr. Haven’t spent more time telling us all the things that he wouldn’t inspect, instead of focusing on the inspection itself. Filled his written report with numerous pages outlining replacement costs for a new stove or frig or whatever. His actual report...about the house..was 2 pages.
His inspection was so bad...how bad was it? A friend walked out on the back deck, tripped and fell over deck boards that were loose. Upon further inspection (hint, hint), WE found that they were nailed to NOTHING! Yep, our (haha) home inspector musta missed that!
He refused to inspect the detached garage, citing it was classified as an “outbuilding “, yet he spent enough time IN THE DETACHED GARAGE WITH THE HOMEOWNER, that he was able to tell us what a great structure it was, right down to the bath and office...but he didn’t inspect it!?!
He also musta missed the front step, that is a full 4”lower on the left side as opposed to the right side. Yep, WE found that as well.
Despite having the homeowner present, he refused to “inspect”the pellet stove...something about burning embers...remember, the homeowner let him in, was with him, took him on the tour and could of stayed until the fire went out on the pellet stove.
All examples above underscore the reason to steer clear of this home inspection company and inspector.

Not good. Would not give him even one measly star. His inspection report indicated "further inspection and repairs needed" on every page. Could not accomplish that in the THICK of the pandemic. He noted a "good house". The sub floor is rotten, there are major holes in drywall, doors, and ceiling beams. Doors don't close. Front door has been kicked in. House is unlevel.
Electrical is bad. Fencing wobbles. Metal gate is rotted. Decking not up to code. Substandard house, inspection report worse.
STAY AWAY! Or you may rue the day.
