We used Havenwood for an extensive remodel of our home this last year. We gave him every single detail in writing of what we were planning to do before we started. We asked him repeatedly what the projected schedule for the project would be. His answer was always, "I'm telling my clients 6-8 weeks."It actually took about 9-10 months for the job to be completed. We would rate Havenwood as poor when it comes to organization, scheduling, budgeting, and terrible when it comes to communication. He also charges a 20% commission and so taking us over budget by $50,000 was in his best interest.
