Replaced roof on a manufactured home in Pullman for me. I wanted replaced so I did not have to worry about leaks. With codes his bid increased to cover additional things he said had to be done. Simple roof for a 14x 60 for trailer. All said and done cost $5800 about 5 years ago. First winter water leaking in bathroom. Supposedly fixed. Then in spring agsin leaking same place. This time had to replace fan switch. Then fan. Next year same thing. Then he came on more time and said if it leaked again they would do something else. Well it has continued to leak at least twice a year. I called for weeks and no return if calls. Never did he return calls. Still leaking and others cannot figure out what they did so it leaks. Keep in mind the roof did not leak until he replaced it. What a waste of my money. I just hope someone can figure it out to get it stopped. Never use this company for anything. Nothing.
