I personally use to recommend these buildings,but now they are sorry. We bought 2 for our church they leak like crazy, the wood is rotted out, they said termites did the damage,but our pest control man found no sign of termites. I bought a building for my home, same way will never last. I owned an Abilene portable building that is now close to 35 years old and still going strong. If you want a building that will last I would search else where for a better built building. Thanks,G
