Hawkeye Alliance was retained for the purposes of building a 6,000 square foot building. When Prince put the footings in they were done incorrectly and the structural engineer said the building would collapse. He would not correct his mistakes. Litigation had to be pursued and now all of a sudden we find out NOT bonded and NOT insured. Prince lied about both when he was retained.
