Contracted with Mark Hawkins the owner on June 17,2025 and gave him a deposit to build a golf cart garage. He took my money knowingly he had a judgement against him. He said he filed for a permit and after 6 weeks my wife discovered that he never did and the county and state had a freeze on his license. Lie after Lie he finally did return our deposit and along came the threatening emails! STAY far away!
