Hawley Construction , LLC is a licensed and insured General Contracting construction company . I have over 45 years experience in the construction industries , everything from home maintenance to building new commercial buildings from the ground up . Presently I am focusing mostly on residential work .Specializing in basement finishes and additions, garages and detached buildings, decks, porches and pergolas.
My contracts include all the work I am going to perform , specify the materials I will be using , and specify the fixtures I will be installing .
No down payment is required except for special order items . A payment schedule is included in the contract . Clients are invoiced only for work that has been completed and/or materials that are in the clients possession . Hawley Construction , LLC does except credit cards
Hawley Construction , LLC offers my services for reasonable and affordable pricing and of course I warranty the work in writing .

House is over 70 years old. Porch supports were original but had settled some. Job was to repair a leaning porch roof due to supports, resurface porch decking and new railings, correct and repair damaged soffits. Did all of that work beautifully. Then they corrected the yard drainage in front of porch to keep water flow from causing the issues again. Did such a good job I've asked them to do another improvement to side deck and carry on yard/landscaping to improve drainage since my house is on a slight slope from front to back. Good crew, great service and truly cares about what I wanted. I highly recommend them.
