Haycock roofing came highly recommended by a friend. They were very friendly & helpful when it came time to pick a new roof. I love my new roof. I’m very pleased with Haycock's work. I also will recommend Haycock roofing to friends and family.

Very unhappy! Paid 1/2 to start job 10/29, 11/3/13 still waiting to get start date for roof. I've called 2 times, all I get is runaround. They did cash the check.

WHile they seemed to have the lowest bid and they did a decent job on the roof. They do not communicate well, they do not clean up well. We had to had a landscaper come in to clean up the mess they left and refused to clean . THey left the interior of the garage a mess we had to have them come back 3x to clean and even after that we ended up having to broom swept everything. My bushes got ruined because they didnt put tarps up to catch the stuff they pushed off the roof big chunks of roof were stuck in everything. And they still have yet to remove the dumpster and the job has been done for a week. Now i am calling the dumpster company to have it removed. We will not use them again. Never have i ever had a contractor not clean up.

Loved their estimate for a new roof, friendly, difficult to get a hold of, months later damage from no flashing ever put on around the chimney wall. My first phone call, when it was eventually returned, I was told to tell my 69 year old friend to go on the roof & shovel the snow off, I was told we never had snow like this before and that they would not come out to fix it. After we had called again, asking them to please come out to check their work because it was still leaking, they said sure, we'll come out to take a look. The owner came out went up in the attic and said he shouldn't be able to see light coming through the roof. No flashing was ever put on my roof. He admitted that he had hired an drunk & he hoped there weren't any other dissatisfied customers. They took off the tiles, put the flashing on & put the same tiles back on my roof. The owner said they would fix the interior damage or would give me a hundred dollars & I could have someone else fix it. I looked at the damage & thought, heck he can fix it! He looked at it again after I said he could fix it & said that it was going to take him 3 days to do that job. A $100's, 3 days. Does anyone know a contractor that would do 3 days of work for $100's!! Well, they never came back to fix it. I called & called, owner said his wife was ill, etc.... I finally was able to connect with the wife & I said that I would have a contractor come out, give me an estimate for the job & she agreed, saying that was a great idea. I got the estimate, the contractor sent them the bill & here we are months later with damage to my fireplace wall, ceiling, the wall and ceiling in my hallway.
The contractor that is willing to fix the damage has tried to contact HayXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, I've talked to the owner and left several messages. HayXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX admitted to fault and still hasn't made good on their offer to pay for damages. Next step - Better Business Bureau?
