Had been in our new house for 3 months and the vinyl siding began to warp and bulge. Installed to tight in Feb. and when weather got hot in May, it started to bulge due to expansion. Tried for over a year to get A-1 Builders to fix problem. Had a 1 year warranty on house to cover materials and labor, but A-1 Builders would not honor the warranty. had to pay to get it fixed ourselves. This builder will not honor their warranty!!!

0 stars more like it. Three year old house that’s falling apart. In the first year I had too many problems to list and builder would never of come out to look at problems. He builds a terrible house!! Run run run away!

If I could do 0 stars I would. Bought a new build from him a year ago and the problems we have had he takes forever to come and fix it took over 6 months to replace a window and it’s taken a year now for him to come fix a corner brick that was agreed to be fixed when we signed papers for the house constantly contact him through a third party and they keep pushing me back. He should not have a license to build anything.
