I wouldn't recommend anyone to work with Mr. Hung. He painted my house a few months ago and it has some issue with the balcony he painted. Initially, he said it will warranty for a few years. After I called him back, he denied to have an warranty. Everything you work with this person should be on paper instead of by mouth.
