    Everything went according to plan until we got to the showers and bathtubs. There were leaks in both bathtubs, the shower and the sink.
    We also installed floor heating which no longer works because the bathtub leaked under the floor.
    The shower tiles are all cracking since they were not properly spaced and the shower floor is uneven and puddling.
    We still have leaks in 2 sinks and the bathtub. After a couple initial efforts to remediate HCC completely ceased responding. We are now stuck hiring another contractor to fix all the mistakes which is costing us about 50% of the original project total. Complete disaster, do not recommend
