    I am amazed by the quality of workmanship this contractor has put into my home. From day one, Brian Favor has led through my build with integrity and skill. His wife, Heidi, was in-step with my wants for the interior of my house. She also managed my building loan draws and expenses, keeping me informed and in control of the budget and payments to sub-contractors. Brad, did a fantastic job with both interior and exterior finish work. All three of these key people came with easy to work with professionalism. Interior Solutions, Pine Ridge Cabinetry (Tonasket WA), Artisan Flooring, and Right Touch Drywall, are all local companies that did fantastic work.
    All are easy to work with, and they are happy and excited to ensure my build is just what I wanted. Good people. I could not be more pleased. Cindy Valeri

    Build us a custom home
    $650,000

    We enjoyed Brian and Heidi Favor until we signed the contract. After that, it was down-hill. We found them to be obstinate, rude, difficult to work with, and overall a very unpleasant experience. They acted like they were custom builders, but were very reluctant to follow our plans and recommendations.
    Very unpleasant. We would NOT recommend them. Kent B

    My husband and I purchased a home built by HCD homes located in East Wenatchee at 1987 Peach Haven court. Come by and talk to us about our experience with Heidi and Brian Favor and I am sure you will not want to do business with them. They still owe us money which even after being awarded by the court they have not paid. When we contacted some of their sub contractors we were advised that they had liens against their properties. Do not recommend.
