These guys were so great I just needed to do it! Our existing solar system conked out about 6 months ago. I thought it might be an inverter problem, but could not find ANYONE who was willing to come out and do a simple service call. I finally tracked down HCI, who was listed as a vendor of the same brand of inverter.
They were pleasant, professional, and extremely helpful. Jose came out, spent an hour examining the system, and found some bad wiring under the panels themselves that were causing the problem. Total cost of repair - $100! He also answered all my questions about longer term upgrade options including battery storage. He even put together a couple quotes for us to see, even though I was clear it would be at least a year or more before we were ready to do anything.
Needles to say, when it's time to upgrade (we can double our output on same footprint!) I will be calling HCI.
